Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. season salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (27 oz.) can Manwich
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion and season salt in a 10-inch skillet until beef loses its redness.
    Drain off fat.
    Add seasonings, Manwich and water.
    Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    In 2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese.
    Continue until all is used, ending with cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
