Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pieces chicken
1/2 lb. spaghetti or noodles
1 small can olives
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)
salted pepper to taste
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1 pt. chicken broth
6 ribs celery
2 small onions
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook chicken; keep broth.
Cook celery and onions in butter; add chicken broth and simmer 15 minutes.
Add slowly to cheese and soup. Next, add cooked noodles. Let stand 1 hour or longer.
Add cut up chicken, spices and olives.
Put in 9 x 15-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Add more grated cheese if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
