Breakfast Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly butter a 9-inch tube or Bundt pan. Mix ingredients well; pack into pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; drain off fat.
    Return to oven; bake 20 minutes more.
    Turn onto heated platter; fill center with scrambled eggs. May be served with country fried or hash brown potatoes.
