Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/3 c. sifted self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine
    and sugar in large bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add
    flour;
    mix
    well.
    Chill dough 2 hours.
    Roll out dough
    on
    lightly
    floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into
    desired
    shapes with cookie cutter.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
