Stir-Fry(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. chicken breast or lean pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 tsp. olive oil, divided or olive oil Pam
    3 c. sliced raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, onion, green pepper, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas and/or mushrooms
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Spice Mixture (follows)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
Preparation
    Coat stir-fry pan or large frying pan with 1/2 teaspoon of oil or Pam.
    Stir-fry meat over medium heat until done.
    Remove meat to platter.
    Add remaining oil.
    Stir-fry sliced vegetables for about 2 minutes.
    Add spices and brown sugar.
    Toss to coat vegetables.
    Cook for another 2 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and return meat to pan.
    Cook all ingredients one more minute, tossing frequently.
    Serves 2.
