Meatballs (Italian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    1/3 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef (85% lean)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    minced garlic (nice size clove)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 qt. Ragu sauce
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbled in milk for 1/2 hour or so. Mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese until well blended. Add bread that has been soaking. Mix and shape into meatballs.
