Hot Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine chicken, rice, onion, celery, eggs, soup, lemon juice, pickles and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into baking dish. Chill overnight.
    Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Top with potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
