Egg Noodles Or Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sage (level)
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    5 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles or spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and rest of ingredients, except sour cream and cheese and noodles. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Boil the noodles (I prefer) or spaghetti until done. Drain.
    Add the sour cream.
    Place in layers in a casserole, first the noodles, meat sauce, cheese, etc., ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
