Ham Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 c. diced ham
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil.
    Stir in flour; add soup and milk and heat until thickened.
    Add ham and lemon juice; mix well and pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Roll out 4 to 5 biscuits flat and cut out centers with a small cutter.
    Arrange large pieces on top of ham mixture; fill in between large biscuits with small center pieces of biscuit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350\u00b0 and cook until biscuits are done.
