Sweet Potato And Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (40 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
    20 oz. pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 tsp. ground ginger root
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, combine sweet potatoes, pineapple and molasses.
    Combine cracker crumbs, margarine and ginger root until well blended.
    Sprinkle evenly over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
