Texas Tumbleweed Dip(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
Preparation
    Using a 1-quart casserole, cook broccoli in microwave.
    Spread it out on paper towel to drain (or drain in a fine mesh colander). In same casserole dish, place butter, mushrooms, onion and celery.
    Microwave until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in broccoli, soup and cheese.
    Continue to microwave, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and hot.
    Pour into a chafing dish; serve with chips for dipping.
