Scalloped Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    8 slices Velveeta cheese (from log)
    salt and pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Slice thin 3 potatoes into greased casserole bowl.
    Layer 4 slices of cheese, salt and pepper.
    Repeat potato and cheese layers.
    Pour approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk over casserole.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
