Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 to 6 peeled and sliced apples

Preparation

Beat eggs, then add sugar.
Add oil and beat well.
Add remainder of cake ingredients and mix well.
Add apples and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
