Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can plain tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion and spices. Mix well and shape into flat rectangle (about 10 x 12-inch) on wax paper.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese onto meat mixture.
    Roll up like jelly roll and pinch ends to seal.
    Place in covered dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; drain grease.
    Pour tomato sauces and remaining cheese over top and bake an additional 15 minutes until lightly browned.
    Slice and serve, spooning sauce over slices.
