Gumbo Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped pork or chicken, browned
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown chicken or pork in large pan.
    Combine chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
    Saute few minutes.
    Next add uncooked rice and water and salt to taste.
    Boil 20 minutes, covered.
    Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve.
