Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of ground cloves
Preparation

Combine
the
raisins,\twater,\torange juice and orange marmalade.\tBring to a boil.
Mix together the sugar, salt and cloves;
stir
this
into
sauce (raisins, water, orange juice and marmalade).
Cook,
stirring
often,
until
thick.
This makes 3 cups.
Pour over cooked ham, or pour into a small bowl and pass around the table.
