Lemon Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream the butter.
Add sugar and grated lemon rind.
Add the eggs.
Sift together the flour and baking powder and add alternately with the milk.
Add the walnuts.
