Vegetable Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
    3+ qt. water
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. ham, diced
    garlic powder
    Lawry's California Blend or other seasoning blend
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water; mash into chunks (in water).
    Add carrots, celery and onion; cook until tender.
    Add the rest of the ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes or so.
