White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. navy beans
1 onion, julienned
3 Tbsp. cumin powder
1 lb. smoked chicken breast, diced
3 qt. chicken stock
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. cream cheese
Preparation

Soak beans in stock overnight.
Saute onion, mushrooms, chicken and cumin. Add beans and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, until beans are tender.
Adjust consistency with stock.
Add cream cheese and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish before serving with Monterey Jack cheese.
