Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. sausage
1 egg, beaten
dash of garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients together; roll into balls and then roll in cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with hot mustard sauce.
