Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) jars crinkled, sliced beets with vinegar
12 hard-cooked eggs, shelled
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pickling spices
Preparation

Place
juice from beets into saucepan.
Boil all ingredients together
except
eggs and beets.
Add beets; simmer a few minutes.
Cool slightly.
