Butter Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 to 4 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add flour to which the nuts and salt have been added.
    Pinch off tiny pieces.
    Roll between the palms to make a roll like the finger.
    Bake about 30 minutes in oven at 375\u00b0.
    While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
