Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients well and put in casserole dish. Spread next 3 ingredients over mixture and sprinkle with pecans just before baking.
The first ingredients can be made the day before and refrigerated.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
