Ingredients

2 to 3 ripe bananas
1 c. dates, chopped fine
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 c. raisins
oatmeal or granola (optional)
Preparation

Puree bananas.
Mix dates, nuts and raisins together.
Pour bananas over this mixture.
Add just enough oatmeal or granola to effect cookie dough.
Mix well.
Roll into balls and bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
Watch carefully as they burn easily.
Store in refrigerator.
