Aunt Joyce'S 500~ Roast And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more eye of the round or London broil roast
    soy sauce, Tabasco sauce or Worcestershire sauce (your choice, use only one)
    Morton's Nature's Seasons
    several small to medium potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Punch holes in the roast with a fork. Baste it well with your choice of sauce and rub it down with Morton's Nature's Seasons.
    Place the roast in an open roaster or pan.
    Do not cover.
    Wrap the potatoes separately in tinfoil. Place the roast and the potatoes into the preheated 500\u00b0 oven. Bake at a rate of 5 minutes per pound.
    Turn the oven off!
    Leave the roast and potatoes in the oven for 2 more hours.
    Serve and enjoy!
