Perfect Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    2 c. boiling water
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine cocoa and boiling water; beat until smooth.
    Cool.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    In large bowl, beat butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    At low speed add flour mixture in four parts, alternating with cocoa mix.
    Put filling between layers, then frost.
