Quick Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can fruit cocktail
spice cake mix or gingerbread cake mix

Preparation

Drain fruit cocktail and place in baking pan.
Pour cake batter on top and bake cake as directed on package.
When cake is done, invert onto cake platter.
