Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cooked
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. mustard
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. peppered vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    8 eggs, boiled and sliced
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain potatoes.
    In a large bowl, while hot, mash potatoes slightly and mix in all ingredients except 3 of the sliced eggs. Decorate top of potato salad with eggs.
    Sprinkle with paprika lightly.
    Let stand 2 to 3 hours.
    Overnight is best.
