Celia'S Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. tomatillos (this is a green Mexican vegetable that can be found in the produce section at the grocery store usually near the tomatoes)
9 Chile de Arbols (these are similar to red peppers except they are hotter; they can be found in the produce section at a grocery store like Food Max)
    2 pieces fresh garlic
    salt to taste
    1 c. water
Preparation
Peel the tomatillos and boil in 1 cup of water until softened. While the tomatillos are boiling, toast the Chile de Arbols in a pan on top of the stove for about 5 minutes on medium heat or until they look toasted.
When the tomatillos are soft and the Chile de Arbols are toasted, place the following in a blender:
the water the tomatillos were boiled in, 1/2 of the tomatillos, 2 pieces of fresh garlic and the toasted Chile de Arbols.
Blend until smooth, then add the other half of the tomatillos and press the grater button on the blender for only a couple of seconds.
    Add salt to taste.
