Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick soft margarine
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar; cream well. Add eggs, one at a time, then buttermilk.
    Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie shell. Bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
