Oven Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    salt
    pepper
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into small pieces; salt and pepper to taste.
    Coat in flour and brown quickly in skillet with oil.
    Place steak in large covered baking dish.
    Mix canned soup and water.
    Pour over steak.
    Cover and place in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
