Neffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. flour
    5 to 7 cooked cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix eggs and flour until thick and sticky.
    Put cooked potato cubes into a pan with water.
    In a frying pan, burn the butter, then pour the burnt butter over the potatoes and water.
    Drop the egg mix into the potatoes and water with a teaspoon.
    Heat the soup until hot.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
