Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini squash
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. instant rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese
    a few slices of Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, if desired
Preparation
    Wash squash and cut in half lengthwise.
    Remove and discard seeds.
    Using a spoon, remove and save small chunks of squash until only the thick shell remains.
    Brown ground chuck lightly and drain.
    Add rice, onion, squash chunks and spaghetti sauce. Place squash in a pan, cut sides up.
    Fill firmly with meat and rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
