"Orange" Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thin pork chops
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Place pork chops in baking pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serves 4.
