Hamburg Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 sticks celery, chopped
1 lb. hamburg
1 large can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 large pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation

Saute pepper, onion and celery; set aside.
Brown hamburg and add tomatoes.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add sauteed mixture, salt, pepper and sugar.
Simmer slowly for 1/2 hour.
Add cooked macaroni.
