Left Over Turkey Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart of turkey broth, remove fat, if you do not have any broth use 3 cans of chicken broth
    3 - 14.5 oz cans of mixed vegetable, liquid too
    2 or 3 potatoes, peeled and cut in small pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 or 4 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
    2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 cup finely sliced celery, be sure and use leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 or 3 cups chopped turkey
Preparation
    Put all (except turkey) in a large kettle and cook until almost done.
    Then add turkey and finish cooking.
    Add a little water if you need to so you have enough liquid.
    Serve with homemade bread.
