Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oleo
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening until crumbs are coarse.
Combine egg and milk; add to other mixture all at once. Stir dough until forms a ball.
Turn out and knead gently 20 strokes.
Roll to 3/4-inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter or with glass rim dipped in flour.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 10 to 14 minutes at 450\u00b0.
It is possible to refrigerate biscuits before baking up to 3 hours.
