Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 juicy apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 stick melted butter
    1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
    1/8 tsp. lemon rind
    2 tsp. flour
    pie crust (2)
Preparation
    Wash and peel apples.
    Cut them into quarters and thinly slice.
    Mix sugar, all spices, rind and flour together.
    Add to sliced apples.
    Coat real good.
    Squeeze lemon juice over apples. Let set for a few minutes.
    Place into a 9-inch baking pie shell crust.
    Pour butter over apples.
    Place crust on top; dot with butter.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Then lower oven to 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
