Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 chopped apples

Preparation

Cream the eggs and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients, apples last.
Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
