Broiled Herbed Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced rosemary
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 (1-inch thick) rib lamb chops
Preparation
    Place broiler pan under hot broiler to heat.
    Mince garlic with salt to form paste.
    Place in cup; add oil and seasonings. Mix.
    Spread over chops.
    Place chops in broiler pan.
    Broil 4-inches from heat source, 2 minutes on each side or until medium-rare.
    Makes 4 servings.
