Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice squash.
    Grate cheese.
    In a large bowl, mix squash, cheese, salt to taste, pepper to taste and slightly beaten egg. Put in casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
