Microwave Buttered Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lb. flounder fillets or fish of your choice
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or tarragon, crushed
Preparation
    Place fish in single layer in microwave-safe dish.
    Cover with vented wrap (plastic).
    Microcook on High for 4 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
    Using a slotted spoon, transfer fish to serving platter.
    Place margarine in a 1 cup microwave-safe measure.
    Cook on High for 40 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
    Stir in juice and herb.
    Drizzle over fish.
    Garnish fish with lemon or lime peel or sprig of fresh herbs.
