7 Layer Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can Frito-Lay bean dip
2 avocados, peeled and seeded
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. lite sour cream
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
2 oz. can sliced black olives
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
tortilla chips for dipping
Preparation

Spread bean dip in shallow platter.
Mash avocados and mix in lemon juice and garlic salt.
Spread avocado mixture on top of bean dip.
Mix taco seasoning into sour cream and spread on top of avocado layer.
Top with a layer of tomatoes and olives.
Spread grated cheese on top and sprinkle with green onions.
