Southern Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small jar sliced pimento
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender; peel and slice thinly. Combine remaining ingredients except pimento.
    Mix until well blended.
    Place a layer of sliced potatoes in casserole, then add a layer of sour cream mixture.
    Repeat layers, ending with sour cream mixture.
    Garnish with pimento.
    May be served warm or cold
