Hobo Dinners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    6 potatoes, peeled
    4 carrots, peeled
    1 onion
    mushrooms
    green pepper
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In center of large square of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place 1/2 pound patty of ground chuck, shaped into a patty.
    Place thick slice of onion on meat.
    Place large chunks of potato and carrots on top, then mushrooms, green pepper or other choice of fresh vegetables.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Wrap in foil and cook over hot coals 1 hour, flipping occasionally, until done. Makes 4 large portions.
