Quick Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cook beef in nonstick skillet and stir to crumble.
    Stir meat into first mixture and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
