Rose'S Shoyu Sauce(Teriyaki Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. shoyu (soy sauce)
    1 c. Hawaiian sake
    1 lb. honey
    1 c. brown sugar or less
    ginger, slivered
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a near boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
