Cinnamon Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/3 Tbsp. salt
1 1/3 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 3/4 c. rolled oats
2 1/4 c. shortening (margarine will do)
4 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/3 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
1 3/4 c. chopped nuts or raisins
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until well blended.
Add molasses, vanilla and eggs to creamed mixture; blend well.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Drop on greased cookie sheet (a big tablespoonful).
Press each cookie flat with fork.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
