Honey Lime Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 lean boneless center-cut pork chops
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Trim fat from chops; place in a shallow baking dish.
Combine lime juice and next 3 ingredients.
Pour over chops.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat until hot. Add chops, reserving marinade.
Brown meat 3 to 4 minutes each side.
Add marinade, cover and cook 5 minutes, until done as desired.
Serves 6.
