Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well. Slowly bring to a boil. Cook until soft ball stage is reached.
    Remove from heat. Add the peanut butter and vanilla. Cool to lukewarm.
    Beat until creamy and gloss is lost.
    Spread in buttered pan. Cool and cut.
